Yes, it’s vain, but I’m pleased by the message picked up by InformationWeek in a recent interview I gave. The interview was, at least in conception, a piece about Atheon’s experience with Actian Vectorwise… but Jeff Bertolucci picked upon the “Data Animator” phrase and this seems to have formed the emphasis of the piece; not my intention, but reinforces my view that the term Data Animator conjures a certain image.
